Gretchen has worn many hats in the real estate business since she began in 2004. She has done everything from selling and managing, to mentoring and teaching. However, she believes her true calling has always been working with real estate agents and all industry leaders in their chosen profession to find their true potential. With this penchant for coaching, her colleagues will tell you she fosters an energy and positivity that keeps them motivated and inspired. Her latest specialty is helping Realtors bridge the succession gap in transitioning from real estate to their next season of life. Gretchen was raised with an entrepreneurial spirit which provides her the insight of helping others achieve their goals. Graduating from a small university, William Woods University, she learned to cultivate and appreciate the importance of lifelong relationships.

Gretchen’s everyday mantra is, “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.” When she isn’t working, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to get a round of golf in and she’s never met an ocean view she didn’t love.
