• All ads in the program book will be printed in black & white.
• No bleeds.  Ads sized to exact boundaries in dimensions show above.
• Ads must be pre-paid before they are placed in book.

Bitmapped / Raserrtized Files Accepted:

• JPG, TIF, PNG, PDF (rasterized content), PSD (rasterized content)
• Resolution must be 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 100% size.

Vector Files Accepted:

• EPS, PDF, AI, InDesign
• All fonts must be outlined or font files provided in appropriate folder.
• All rasterized images must be embedded.  If placed, images must be sent in appropriate folder.

Colors:

• All colors must be turned to grayscale / black & white.
• Any ad submitted in color will be turned into grayscale, and we are not responsible for the appearance of the ad as it goes through this process.

Sending Files:

• Ad files or download links must be emailed to: seeyouatreal@gmail.com
• Ads must be received by July 31, 2026 deadline.  Any ad sumbitted after this deadline will not appear in the program book.
• If your ad file is larger than 20MB, it is best to upload to a cloud-based service (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, Sharepoint, etc.) and send a download link.
